NKI started in 2012 supporting the Multi-Unit market with a list of offerings to support the industry.
NKI was built on one simple premise see the need, fill the need. NKI started supporting the multi family industry with Interior Painting, repairs to drywall, ceiling bathrooms and then full unit renovations. In addition exterior painting, siding, gutters, gutter guards, roofing and all other related maintenance items impacting these customers businesses. In 2022 we added our newest arm of service professional cleaning services. The growth comes from our customers confidence that we deliver on our promise to respect their time and only make the call once.
NKI has the knowledge, skills and resources to tackle our customers challenges that supported us through the years. In that time we support teams in Dayton, Columbus and Cincinnati markets. Through this time we have also supported private residential needs as well. With the same professionalism and solutions offered to all our clients.
